The genesis
Chapter 1: Envy
Offering new gravel events. In the mind of Julien Bouille, the founder, the concept is clear and he has no doubts. He's determined to create the best gravel-racing experiences in dream destinations, and to share the pleasure of his experiences with customers of all backgrounds and abilities.
Chapter 2: The obvious
Why Aurora? The word "Aurora" means "daybreak" in Latin. More precisely, it refers to a bright, dewy glow that appears on the horizon, following dawn and preceding sunrise.
According to Julien Bouille, the project's founder, the word "Aurora" represents two things: a particularly energizing atmosphere and the beginning of something, of a new era!
That's why the word "Aurora" was an obvious choice, and we hope these definitions speak to you as much as they do to us.
Chapter 3: Surround yourself
A project of this scale requires a great deal of strength and a wide range of skills. Julien quickly decided to surround himself with the most experienced people in the field to ensure the success of the Aurora series.
Chapter 4: Vibrate
To live experiences and remember them forever. To live each day to the full and share it with you. That's what our events are all about!
Chapter 5: Converting
Finally, to show that cycling is a great way to travel and bring people together. And what better way to do this than on a gravel bike!
