1) Who we are

2) Purpose of the site

This site presents our races and events (particularly in Switzerland, Cyprus and Portugal) and provides content (text, photos, videos) and contact forms. No tickets are purchased on this site; registration is handled by a third-party platform.

3) Acceptance of the GCU

Access to and use of the site implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. We may modify them at any time; the online version shall prevail. Reference language: the French version is authoritative. Translations are provided for information purposes only; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version shall prevail.

4) Access and availability

We aim for uninterrupted access but do not guarantee the absence of interruptions (maintenance, security, network, force majeure). We may modify any content at any time.

5) Content and rights

  • Unless otherwise stated, all site content (text, photos, videos, logos, graphics) is protected.
  • You can consult the site and share links. Any reuse (copying, downloading, adapting, extracting, data scraping) other than for private use requires our written authorization.

Available forms: contact, media/press, merchandising order (without online payment: request by e-mail), newsletter subscription. Information sent must be accurate and not infringe any rights. We may not respond to abusive requests.

Prohibited: security breaches, technical overloads, automated data collection (bots, scraping), distribution of illicit, denigrating or hateful content, or content infringing the rights of third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site.
