Open link: link coming soon

Race manual

The Race Manual contains all the information you need for your gravel experience (How the race is run, Where to report, Where the briefing room is, Timetables, Parking, etc.).
Open link: the link will be available from August 5, 2026

Race Center

A dedicated Race Center is set up for each event to welcome participants, collect race numbers, provide briefings and inspect bikes.
Race Center opening times are given in the Race Manual for each event.

Accommodation / campsite

A camping area is available on the race site. The cost is 20 euros per tent (it is advisable to reserve with your registration pack). Campervans and motorhomes must park in the designated parking areas and follow the directions of the volunteers. For all other types of accommodation, please consult the Neuchâtel Tourist Office. www.j3l.ch

Navigation

Each participant operates independently, using his or her own GPS navigation device. The organizers will provide you with GPX routes for each stage. These routes have been carefully drawn up by our teams after systematic reconnaissance in the field. The routes will not be signposted.

Mechanical damage, physical failure

A broom wagon is available to repatriate participants who have suffered major mechanical damage preventing them from reaching the finish. This service is also available for the slightly injured.

In the event of an accident

Two teams of first-aiders (First-responders) are on hand at all times to provide assistance. In the event of serious injury, an ambulance or helicopter is dispatched to the scene of the accident (at the participant's expense).

Insurance

Each participant must have :

  • Valid personal liability insurance.
  • Personal accident insurance covering bodily injury, search, evacuation and repatriation costs.
  • Insurance covering medical expenses abroad (hospitalization, treatment).
  • Accidental death coverage.

In the event of an incident, the organization cannot be held responsible.

Cut-off time barriers

Enjoy the destination, yes, but you'll still need to be on time for dinner. Time barriers are in place to ensure that the races run smoothly. These "cut-off times" are calculated on the basis of double the estimated best time + 20 %, which leaves a comfortable margin for finishing each stage in complete serenity.

Ride beyond the horizon!
